This paper presents a complex product design-manufacturing-operations and maintenance integration method based on digital twin technology. aims to solve the problem of information silos in design, manufacturing operation phases products context intelligent integrate processes products. To address needs manufacturing, business integration, framework for design-manufacturing-operation is first proposed, addition designing model mechanism combining virtual real model. Then, implementation multistage collaborative design technology, data sensing fusion technology twin-based are analyzed discussed. Finally, case study involving fault prediction key components bogie an EMU demonstrated integrated mode design-manufacture-operation process EMU.
